Shipping & Return Policy
At Stonim, we take pride in delivering high-quality solid surface sheets with consistency, durability, and reliable service. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched based on availability and confirmed payment.
Solid surface sheets are packaged securely to minimize risk during transportation.
Once materials leave our facility, they are under the responsibility of the shipping carrier or customer-arranged transporter.
Customers are encouraged to inspect packaging upon delivery and report any visible freight damage directly to the carrier at the time of receipt.
