Curved counters, rounded vanity tops, basins and planters in STONIM® Premium Acrylic Solid Surface, thermoformed in our own factory in Umm Al Quwain.
How thermoforming works
Solid surface sheets are heated until they become flexible, then pressed over a mould. When the sheet cools, it keeps the new shape.
This lets us make curves and rounded shapes from one sheet, then bond the joints so they look seamless.

Our own factory
Thermoforming is done in-house at our Umm Al Quwain factory, which runs 24 hours.

6 mm sheets in 760 x 2440 mm. 12 mm in 760 x 2440 mm or 760 x 3660 mm. 18 mm on request. About 70 colours.
